Ilan advises clients on wide variety of matters relating to commercial and corporate law, M&A, high-tech and venture capital and intellectual property law. Ilan is the Founder of New York Dog Lovers and also a Legal Researcher and the Director of Special Operations at Lexidale where he conducts comprehensive research for national governments, the European Union, law firms, start-ups and NGOs.
Ilan worked at Taboola, Inc. (the world’s leading content discovery platform), where he established the company’s legal department, developed and implemented legal policies and procedures, structured and established new subsidiaries around the world and advised on all corporate aspects of Taboola’s business operations.
Prior to Taboola, Ilan worked at FWMK Israel which specializes in corporate law, commercial litigation, stocks and bonds and overseas disputes. He drafted and negotiated a wide variety of commercial agreements including business and share sales, acquisitions, shareholder and joint venture. Ilan sourced business capital and advised start-up companies on risk-related aspects of their businesses.
Ilan is a member of the board of directors of Fordham’s Entrepreneurial Law Advisory Council. Ilan offers his legal services pro bono to the TELALIVIT project and other non-profit organizations.
